WEATHER ALERT!!

Due to some extreme weather issues and out of concern for our staff we are making some changes to the SHOW CHOIR portion of our event.  

All Middle School and 1A class performances are canceled.

Show choirs will begin performances at 11:55 with Woodward-Granger Schools.  

Jazz choirs will continue as scheduled.

Saturday Feb. 10th

The 9th Comet Sensation is a Show & Jazz Choir competition sponsored by the North Polk Community School District. We are a large 3A school system, located at the North end of the Des Moines Metro area.

Our competition is open to choirs of all classification in both the show choir and jazz choir areas. Although we do not currently offer a finals, we do recognize the top 4 point scoring choirs of the day, as well as ranking within each classification.
